We were on the top floor with views out over the city -great! We had never stayed in an apartment hotel before and we enjoyed the space and facilities.

The hotel is looking tired. The communal areas were in need of maintenance/redecoration especially the floors. There was also a faint smell of tobacco smoke. My bed was clean but my bedclothes smelt having slept one night there- this was not the case for the other beds used in the same apartment

Nice pool and impressive room with comfortable sofa. Special service, thanks. Had natural lighting. Good bar was available. I truly enjoyed its spectacular location close to the historic centre. ;))

This place is unbeatable for its proximity to the city center, with lots of nightlife, and all the staff here are incredibly nice.

A really nice appartment with 2 seperate sleeping floors and a double and two single beds. Hot water takes a while but on the whole a very pleasant experience.

It's a nice, quiet and cozy place. Though not far from the Centraal station, would have been good if located a bit close to it. Defintely worth the money paid for.

condo gardens exceeded our expectations during our romantic trip to antwerp. the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. the apartment was well equipped and even had a small christmas tree, adding to the cozy atmosphere. we were grateful for the help from nadja, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

Communication with the manager could have been better.

We loved everything, except for 2 things. 1 would be the thin walls, We could overhear pretty much everything that happened in the rooms besides us, which is not very pleasant when there are kids fighting in the other room. The second thing is the terrible WIFI connection. We paid for the "fast connection" but it was hardly fast enough to load websites. We didn't even get access to it until the 2nd day (even though we paid for the first day too) because a password was not included in the welcome letter.

The quality of the bed was quite poor

During my recent stay at Condo Gardens, I had a great experience. The studio flat was incredibly spacious, with two beds on each floor, providing ample room for me and my fellow travelers. The natural light that streamed in through the windows on the 4th floor gave the room a lovely ambiance, and the view of Antwerp was a pleasant bonus. The towels and utensils provided made our stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out was the friendly and helpful staff member who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite a few minor issues, such as a malfunctioning stove and heater, as well as a damaged window, our overall experience at Condo Gardens was great.

Very cheap accommodation. Location was close enough to city centre to walk.

Room smelt damp and mouldy. Wallpaper peeling, stains on walls. Very thin walls, we heard the distinctive bed creaking of a couple going at it every night we were there. Staff would not call for taxis, or help at all when the overpriced washing machine took my money, saying it wasn't their responsibility. Requested a double bed, but was not told until I arrived that there were none.

i paid 5 euro for internet but its not good works. cleanless of the room. when i go into room found unclean and tidy.so after my request room changed with better one. too much cooking smell covered every where. wall too thin so you can heard whats going on yr next room i stayed before be housing group of otel (ambassodor hotel) which is more comfortable, clean etc than this otel .
